1. How do you feel after your JAM 2011 success? What factors contributed to your success?
I am very happy, I achieve what I want. It’s a great success. The factors which have contributed to my success is VPM Classes study material & my deep study. Earlier I was doing job so it was tough for me to choose option. My family supported me; they suggest me to do IIT JAM preparation.
2.How did you find the IIT JAM 2011 paper as compared to previous year papers?
In the IIT JAM 2011 paper, the little bit change was there from previous year. I didn`t find the previous year paper pattern this year. So I was confused how can I do this.
3.Which study material or books did you refer to?
I had referred my Text books, but mainly studied through VPM Classes study material & self study.
4.What is the difference between IIT-JAM & B.Sc. level college exams? Do you think VPM Classes helped you in getting practice in the right direction?
B.Sc level exam is purely theoretical while IIT JAM is application based. In IIT JAM, there are more applied questions. These type of questions need very hard preparations. If I had not joined VPM Classes, I would never got the true perspective of what is needed to score in IIT JAM.
5.What other exams did you appear for? Did JAM preparation help you to prepare for the same?
I had appeared for ISM & BHU. VPM Classes study material for IIT JAM is sufficient for ISM preparation but BHU needs some extra preparation. BHU is tougher than ISM.
6.How do you think VPM Classes helped you to get success?
VPM CLASSES study material is really very helpful. VPM Classes provided me several solved test papers for preparation.
They were really helpful & as per IIT JAM pattern.
7.What are your long term goals?
I want to do MS from outside India, from very reputed institute.
8.Any tips or advice for IIT-JAM aspirants.
Aspirant needs concentrated and step by step study. One should covered each and every topic and solved each and every question.

I am feeling very excited about my performance in IIT JAM 2011. The factors which have contributed to
my success are the systematic study material provided by VPM Classes & my college notes.

How did you find the IIT JAM 2011 paper as compared to previous year papers?
The IIT JAM 2011 paper for Chemistry had Inorganic chemistry part more than previous year IIT JAM paper.

Which study material or books did you refer to?
VPM Classes material and test papers (especially objective questions) were good and sufficient for most topics.
Also I had referred my Text books. No need to refer other books.

What is the difference between IIT-JAM & B.Sc. level college exams? Do you think VPM Classes helped you in getting practice in the right direction?
In B.Sc. level exams, you need to write more. But, in IIT JAM one needs to focus on deep study. Need to do hard work for success. That is where VPM material made the difference for me.

What other exams did you appear for? Did JAM preparation help you to prepare for the same?
I gave IISc & JAM and I am going to join IISc. VPM material for IIT JAM, is sufficient for IISc also. In IISc, physics & mathematics part also covered.

VPM classes helped me at every step. It provides me conceptual knowledge.I was able to solve the questions of other exams like IISc also.So it’s very good to get success.

Right now IISC integrated PhD.

In the IIT JAM 2011 paper, Physical Chemistry was easy but Inorganic & Organic chemistry was tough as compared to previous year IIT JAM papers.

The syllabus of B.Sc. level exams & IIT JAM is same. But the level of IIT JAM is tougher than B.Sc. level exams, so for getting success in IIT JAM, it needs more practice & hard work.
